Order Terms & Conditions
The following are K&S Enterprises (kandsenter.com) standard terms and conditions, which shall apply to all Orders, unless we have entered into a separate written agreement. Please retain a copy for your files, unless otherwise notified to the contrary. These terms and conditions do not take precedence over any existing K&S Enterprises contract.
*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS *** IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our system has limitations with our on-line ordering and shopping cart where at check-out you will have the "standard flat-rate shipping" charge applied to your order. This flat rate shipping is for orders shipped within the United States (Domestic Orders). We will contact you about your order, usually within 1 business day and quote additional shipping or freight charges that will need to be paid prior to shipment. International shipping fees are based on weight, service level (express, economy, etc.) and destination and do not include Taxes or Tarriffs which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We apologize for this inconvienence and appreciate your business and understanding.
We require prepayment prior to shipping for all international orders. Prepayment can be made via wire transfer. We charge a $35.00 wire transfer fee. Alternatively we can invoice through PayPal for payment via credit card. We charge an additional 3% fee for PayPal to offset processing charges.
ALL OTHER ORDERS:
By selecting "Pay By Invoice" option when checking you you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
PAYMENT: Customer agrees to pay the full invoice amount as described in the Order Confirmation. Payment is due 10 days after invoice is remitted to customer. Payment will include product purchase price, shipping (if applies), state sales tax (if applies) as stated on invoice.
REFUSAL: kandsenter.com reserves the right to deny or cancel any order at any time.. If order is canceled, customer will receive an email notification.
