How long until I receive my order?
3-7 business days depending on your region. International orders; 7-15 business days (International orders are subject to acceptance by us. Additional shipping and handling charges apply to international orders and must be paid prior to shipment). If you placed your order Monday through Friday before 1pm (PST), your order will generally be shipped the same day. After 1pm your order will generally be shipped the next business day. We prefer to use FedEx but will also ship via UPS and USPS.
Will I be able to track my order?
YES. Once your order has been shipped by our shipping department, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with the tracking number.
Can I return my order?
YES. We want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us. Please see Returns.
What if my package does not arrive?
If you do not receive your order in 7 to 10 days; check your email to see if you have received and email notification. This will contain your tracking number and a location to track your order. If you have not received an email notification please call Customer Support ASAP. If you have received a notification and you have tracked your order but do not have your package please call Customer Support at 1-888-515-4507 M-F 9am to 5pm (pst) or email us.
Can I choose a different shipping method?
Not at this time. If you wish to have your order 2nd Day, Express or Next Day please email your request or call 1-888-515-4507. A separate charge will appear. Flat rate shipping fee applies to US based orders only. International shipping fees are based on weight, service and destination and do not include Taxes or Tarriffs which are the responsibility of the purchaser
Can I have orders shipped to a PO Box? Or APO?
YES! PO Boxes and APO’s are acceptable but only with USPS shipping.
What if my package arrives but is damaged or incorrect?
Email or call (888) 518-4507 and we will fix the problem. Our customers NEVER pay for return shipping if the product is damaged or we accidentally shipped the incorrect product.
