Shipping and Returns
*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS *** IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our system has limitations with our on-line ordering and shopping cart where at check-out you will have the "standard flat-rate shipping" charge applied to your order. This flat rate shipping is for orders shipped within the United States (Domestic Orders). We will contact you about your order, usually within 1 business day and quote additional shipping or freight charges that will need to be paid prior to shipment. International shipping fees are based on weight, service level (express, economy, etc.) and destination and do not include Taxes or Tarriffs which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We apologize for this inconvienence and appreciate your business and understanding.
Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Usually within 24 hours after placing order.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00pm Central Time will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Holiday notice: no pending holiday delay at this time.
When will I get it?
Most orders are fulfilled and out the door within 2 business days. If you selected an expedited shipping method like Second Day or Overnight, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays. Once your order ships it will take 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address.
Tracking Your Shipment
After you successfully place your order and have received an e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation email or via the shipper websites below:

Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shipper's tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.
