The KicTeam Dual Action Cleaning Pen is designed to clean the thermal print head inside thermal printers (for those that are accessible). This Dual Action Pen uses a 2-Step process, "Step 1" removes adhesive residue and "Step 2" removes paper dust and other contaminants.
